Ayurveda Workshop

Introduction to Ayurveda Workshop

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old ancient healing practice from India that incorporates herbology, nutrition, bodywork, counseling and yoga to heal the entire body and explore the roots of present illness and imbalance.  Join Ayurvedic Practitioner Erica Rey in this workshop as we collectively explore the Ayurvedic constitutions, the basic principles and philosophies of Ayurveda, and the accessible ways that Ayurvedic herbs, food guidelines and lifestyle recommendations have proven helpful for addressing both everyday imbalances and chronic illness in a creative and empowering way. You are sure to leave feeling inspired and invigorated to explore the abundance this art and science has to offer!
