Beginner's Hatha

Learn the foundational poses of Hatha Yoga in an alignment based and slower paced class. Focus on learning the elements of practice to begin or augment an already established practice.




With a focus on connecting breath, body, and mental/emotional self, a yoga practice that moves through the poses with a dance like flow; beginning to add more advances versions and variations to build and grow your strength and awareness.


7:15pm - 8:30pm Intermediate/Advanced (At least 1 year prior experience)
