    Unifying a Divided World

    Saturdays, March 4 and 11 at 1:30-3:30p

It seems every day we are bombarded by media and society about a divided world: by politics, race, sex and gender, class, religion and geographical borders. In this class will take an important step toward unifying the world, by unifying our own minds.

The ancient Tibetan Buddhist tradition has teachings of the Eight Verses on Mind Training. These are practices that transform our minds from inner conflict into an experience of spontaneous compassion and wisdom, which results in peace and happiness in our hearts and in the world.

    Sliding Scale: $15-25 per class
No one will be turned away for lack of funds

Jack Giovanella has been studying Buddhism for almost 10 years. He studies with many teachers, including Lama Marut and meditation master Culadasa, and is authorized to teach by both. He teaches at the Middle Way Center in Cape Ann, MA from which he hails.
